My journey into holistic wellness began in 2012, when my daughter developed jaundice just three days after birth. Watching my newborn struggle sparked a deep curiosity in me about the impact of food, environment, and lifestyle on our health. As I learned about the hidden toxins in processed foods, I gradually shifted my family toward an organic, whole-foods lifestyle. Over the years, watching them thrive, get sick less often, and recover faster inspired my passion to help others do the same.
Growing up with my mother’s wholesome, home-cooked meals deeply shaped my philosophy: I truly believe that simple, delicious food and mindful choices are the ultimate preventative medicine.

I am a National Board-Certified Health Coach, trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Chopra Coaching, and the Life Force Academy. To deepen my practice, I have recently completed an advanced, in-depth Ayurvedic Nutrition certification, allowing me to blend cutting-edge modern science with time-tested Vedic wisdom.
