Hi, I am Gulshan
A little about me:
My journey into holistic health and wellness began in 2012, when my daughter developed jaundice just three days after birth. Seeing a brand-new baby struggle with her health made me question how this could happen and sparked my curiosity about food, environment, and lifestyle. As I learned more about processed foods, toxins, and pesticides, I gradually shifted my family toward organic, whole foods, and over the years, I’ve seen them get sick less often and recover faster – a transformation that inspired my passion for helping others live healthier lives. Growing up with my mom’s wholesome home-cooked meals, also shaped my approach I believe that simple delicious food and mindful choices can prevent many health problems.
I am a National Board-Certified Health Coach, trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Chopra Coaching, and Life Force Academy. I guide my clients through sustainable lifestyle changes using four pillars of health: nutrition, sleep, daily intentional movement, and mental well-being. These practices help improve digestion, boost energy, support healthy weight, and reduce the risk of chronic conditions.
As a certified Chopra Life Coach, I integrate Vedic principles to help clients uncover their purpose, shift limiting beliefs, and set intentions for meaningful change. Through tools like meditation, journaling, and self-compassion, we create a personalized toolbox for transformation.
I love working with clients who are ready to take steps towards lasting change.
