Hi, I am Gulshan

A little about me:

​

I am a wife, daughter, mother of 2 beautiful kids and your very own Health Coach. I have been fortunate enough to have my mom's home cooked meals growing up. Wholesome and fresh food has always available in our backyard. This ignited the passion in me to grow my own food today. This lifestyle gave me the confidence to take the first step towards the biggest passion of my life; holistic health and wellness. To pursue this further I received my health coaching training from Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

IIN has taught me about building healthy habits, mindful eating, mindful breathing and gratitude practice. I have learnt to understand relationships from a deeper level without judgement. Most importantly, I have learnt to keep a beginner's mind, continually learning like a student in order to improve my clients and my well-being.

​I help clients transform their lives through realistic and sustainable habit change. You’ll be amazed at the impact small, daily tweaks can make on your overall health and well-being.

What is a Health Coach?

Health Coach is a guide and supportive mentor who empower clients to take responsibility for their health and achievement of their personal wellness goals.

​

How can I support you?

As an integrative health coach, I believe our body and mind can heal itself if given the right nutrients, fuel and mindset. I provide guidance and support for my clients to create a balance between nutrition and lifestyle choices for better digestive health.

​

I'm here to help you create sustainable habits and consistency, so you can feel the best version of yourself.

​

I focus on finding the root cause of any digestive symptoms and find the best way to guide towards healing and feeling good. No one size fits all as we are all bio individuals. I approach each person individually according to their needs and create self-awareness.

​

I help clients not only with nutrition but also with emotional health because they both are intertwined, and both have to be balanced in order to get optimal health and wellness.

 

Most importantly, I provide a safe space and accountability from a place of love and compassion.

I want you to close your eyes and imagine that you have already achieved your health goals. How does it feel? What does it look like? How does it taste like? I am confident that with the training I have from IIN I can help you achieve that! It is the small steps that we take every day add up to bigger wins!
