INGREDIENTS
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - a pinch
hot or warm water - 1/4 cup
juice from half lime or lemon
Honey to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour hot or warm water in a cup, add turmeric and black pepper.
Let it sit for a min and add lime or lemon juice.
Then, add honey.
(Make sure water is not too hot when adding honey)
