Ragi aka finger millet is an Indian super food. It's high in protein and rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. It's naturally gluten free and great for digestion, skin, and hair.
INGREDIENTS
Ragi flour 2/3 Cups
Oat flour 1/3 Cup
Chickpea flour 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1/3 Cup
Butter 1/2 Cup
Egg 1
Baking soda 1/4 Tsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 Tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
Mix all the flours (Ragi, Oat, Chickpea), baking soda, and cardamom powder.
Whisk egg, butter, and sugar together one by one.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix well until all combined.
Make any shape cookie you would like and bake them for 15-20 minutes.
