Chocolate Bliss Balls (no sugar added)

My family and I enjoy desserts in our house. I try to come up with different options, where I can make yummy deserts without compromising the quality of ingredients. These bliss balls are quick energy bites full of wholesome ingredients. You can customize them by adding nuts, spices, or chia seeds.


INGREDIENTS


Dates, pitted 13-15

Almond flour 1 cup

Cacao powder 1/4 cup

Nut butter 1 tbsp

Coconut oil 1 tbsp

Shredded coconut or sprinkles for decorating!


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients except coconut and sprinkles into a food processor and whizz for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture comes together. Scrape the processor a few times along the way.

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls in the palm of your hands, then roll the balls in shredded coconut or sprinkles. You can leave them plain as well.

  3. Pop them into an airtight container and keep them in the fridge.





Enjoy these bliss balls anytime when your heart desires some sweetness!
