I always try to use less but wholesome ingredients in my cooking and these chicken patties are one of those examples. These are so easy to make but they are moist and flavorful. Let's start the magic!
INGREDIENTS
Ground chicken 1 lb.
Onion diced 1/2
Tomato diced 1
Ginger shredded 1/2 tbsp
Garlic shredded 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Pomegranate powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Red crushed pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up the oven to 350 F.
Add all the ingredients together and mix well.
Make small patties out of the mixture.
Bake them at 350 F for 30 mins.
Enjoy!
Chicken patties can be eaten just as is with your favorite sauce or chutney. They make really good chicken sandwich or in salads. They stay good in the fridge for 3-4 days and in the freezer for 1-2 months.
