INGREDIENTS
Ripe bananas 3
Egg or egg substitute 1
Maple syrup 1/4 cup
Flour 1 1/2 cups
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Walnuts 1 cup
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Mash bananas and add egg, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon)
Add mixed dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Add chopped walnuts to the mixture.
Scoop the mixture into muffin pan and bake for 13-15 mins at 350 F.
(I used Oats flour, coconut flour & almond flour in equal proportions. Feel free to use your favorite flours.)
